Synap Flow

How It Works

Follow the Synap Flow workflow for organising local reserve notes, reviewing records, and using informational summaries.

Synap Flow follows a straightforward informational workflow. There are no funding steps, wallet connections, or transaction screens—only local tracking, analysis, and record-keeping.

1. Organise local information

Begin by gathering the personal reserve notes you already keep. Enter titles, dates, categories, and remarks into a structured register. The goal is clarity: each note should be easy to find and understand later.

You decide what belongs in the register. Synap Flow does not import funds, connect external financial accounts, or invent entries on your behalf.

2. Review and analyse records

Once notes are organised, use filters, timelines, and summaries to examine what you recorded. Analytical views help you spot patterns—such as recurring categories or periods with frequent updates—based solely on your local data.

This stage is about understanding your notes, not receiving financial recommendations.

3. Track relevant data

Update statuses, revise remarks, and keep historical context attached to each entry. Tracking means maintaining an accurate personal ledger of information, not monitoring markets or executing trades.

When a note changes, the utility helps you retain enough history to reconstruct why the update was made.

4. Use the information for personal record-keeping

Consult organised notes and digests whenever you need a dependable reference. Export or copy summaries into your own documents if that supports your workflow.

Synap Flow remains an analytical and record-keeping companion. Final decisions about how you use the information stay with you.

Practical tips for a clean ledger

  • Prefer consistent category names so filters remain meaningful.
  • Date entries when they are created or materially changed.
  • Keep remarks factual and specific to the note’s purpose.
  • Archive inactive items instead of deleting context you may need later.

Boundaries of the workflow

At no point does the workflow involve:

  • depositing or withdrawing funds
  • connecting wallets
  • accessing private keys
  • executing transactions
  • providing investment advice
